Payments by Credit Card, Pay Pal, Money Order, unless picked up at the Council office at 574 4th Street, Idaho Falls, ID 83401. Tax must be added for Idaho sales. To pay by Credit Card over the phone, call the Idaho Falls Service Center at 208-522-5155 and ask for Cathy. Postage will be added to the price if not picked up at the Idaho Falls Service Center.
